CickyClicky: Teardown Log started as a notebook taped above the vise and grew into something better — a place where every removal gets written down before it has the chance to be forgotten.

Privacy Policy
CickyClicky: Teardown Log was built on one rule: what happens on your workbench stays on your device. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means for every step, photo, and part note you enter.
Information We Collect
We collect nothing. CickyClicky doesn't ask for an account, a name, an email address, or your location. The steps you write, the part names you enter, and any photos or storage notes you attach are created and kept entirely on your device — we never see them, and we have no server that could receive them even if we tried.
How We Use Information
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, or sold. There's no usage tracking and no "anonymized" data pipeline hiding behind that word. Every feature — logging a step, attaching a photo, marking a storage spot, reversing a sequence — runs entirely on-device.
Data Storage
Your teardown logs, part lists, photos, and notes are stored locally in the app's storage on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no backend server holding a copy of your projects.
Third-Party Services
CickyClicky contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, and no embedded tracking SDKs. We don't integrate crash-reporting tools that phone home with your data, because there is nothing to share.
Data Security
Since your project data never leaves your device, it isn't exposed to network interception or server breaches. The app relies on your device's own passcode or biometric lock to keep local files secure, the same way any other app on your phone is protected.
Children's Privacy
CickyClicky does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user at all. This approach is designed to be consistent with COPPA.
Your Control
You are always in full control of your teardown logs. Deleting a project inside the app — or uninstalling the app entirely — permanently removes that data. There are no cloud backups, no linked accounts, and no copies stored elsewhere.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature or clarify existing language. When we do, we'll update the effective date above.
